Discipleship Cliff is a place for Gospel-based ideas, encouragement, and Bible studies as it relates to parenting.
My wife, Melody, and I have three boys, all under the age of 9. The concepts I talk about in this blog are extremely relevant, practical, and very much in-progress. We desire to raise our boys to know and love God, love people, and love the life we’ve been given.
I have a Master of Divinity Degree and 20 years experience in the local church. I’ve had the privilege of impacting lives through a range of roles, primarily focusing on youth ministry, family ministry, and discipleship as an assistant pastor.
Now I’m excited to channel my experience as both a pastor and dad into encouraging parents to take on the role of teaching their kids to be more like Jesus. My approach in this blog is rooted in making the Bible accessible and relevant, creating spaces where parents can connect with God’s Word and experience personal and spiritual transformation together with their children.
