Hey, I’m Bill, a pastor, a dad, and someone who’s figuring this out right alongside you.

My wife Melody and I have three boys, all 10 and under. We want to raise them to know and love God, love people, and love the life they’ve been given. That’s the goal. The execution is very much a work in progress.

I have a Master of Divinity and 20 years of local church experience across youth ministry, family ministry, and discipleship. But nothing has taught me more about family discipleship than trying to actually do it at my own kitchen table.

Discipleship Cliff exists because I believe parents are the most important discipleship influence in a child’s life, and I want to give you simple, practical tools to step into that role with confidence.

Stick around for Bible studies, family conversation guides, book recommendations, and the occasional honest look at what this really looks like in a house full of boys.

If you’re looking for books and tools I personally recommend for your family discipleship journey, check out my Family Discipleship Resources page.
